Our tour begins at the barn...

...with a short history of the American Bison more commonly called buffalo. After that we will view the holding pens where we work the animals and give them shots and do other medical procedures.

A short walk takes us to the hay barn...

...where we store the food for the buffalo. It is harvested on the farm 4 times a year and stored to be used throughout the year. Nearby are the pastures where we feed and graze our 100 buffalo - bulls, heifers and calves.

It’s always exciting if we get to see them stampede—even for a few minutes. They can run 30 miles per hour and on the plains that might be for 8 hours straight.

As we walk back to the barn, you can enjoy the beautiful setting overlooking hundreds of acres of hilly farm land. Our tour ends in our Amish crafted barn featuring two story beamed ceilings, fireplace and Native American artifacts—a great place for photos.

Here you can also purchase our healthy and delicious buffalo (bison) meat.
